Refund policy

Obrigaderia is unable to accept returns, exchanges and/or refund since our products are perishable.

Damages and issues
In case your order is damaged and/or with any issues, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items like our delicious brigadeiros cannot be returned since they are perishable goods (food & flowers).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
